All November, we've been writing and talking about targeting both on the blog and in the podcast. So in this “CFS Talks Sales” roundtable, we share some best practices for sales targeting.

Advice for Sales Targeting
- Natalija recommended keeping an open mind and keeping an eye out for patterns. Listen to feedback from prospects and reassess your targets as things change.
- Rebecca reminded us to document everything! By following a process consistently, you'll be able to figure out the areas for improvement.
- And I recommended that you automate lead qualification and disqualification wherever possible.
