Dr. Paul is an organizational consultant and coach. She is the co-founder and senior consultant of Bridgeway Partners, and is also a best-selling author. With a Ph.D. from the Yale School of Management & M.B.A. from Cornell, Dr. Paul has taught on the faculties of Yale University School of Medicine, the Hebrew University School of Public Health, and Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
