Personal Growth Q&A with Charles Bernard
Personal development isn't always easy. That's why we've been focusing on it all month on the CFS blog and on the Let's Talk Sales Podcast.
In today's episode, I sat down with our CEO, Charles Bernard, and asked him the questions sent in by our audience about personal development. We had quite a few questions, and many who shared their struggles. And we focused on the following areas:
Personal Growth Questions
The questions that we focused on during the podcast were:
- How do I find time to focus on personal development?
- What tips do you have to stop putting personal development off?
- How can I stay focused on personal growth?
- What do I do if I have too many goals? How should I prioritize?
- How can remote employees benefit from corporate development training while working from afar?
- What tips do you have for stepping outside of my comfort zone?
We really enjoyed answering these questions, and hope that this discussion helps you as you're focused on personal development.
