Our Hiring Process:
- Your cover letter and resume sent via our online form
- Initial phone screening
- Introduction video where you get to show off your skills!
- Initial face-to-face meeting. Here we outline requirements and expectations; yours and ours!
- Online communications assessment (if applicable)
- Second face-to-face meeting. This is an in-depth discussion of job and personal goals, including hands-on exercises pertaining to the position
- Background check
- Reference check
