Welcome to the DISC Behavioral Assessment guide.

1. Overview

A DISC assessment is a behavioral profile.  It measures the respondent’s tendency toward Dominant, Influential, Steady, and Conscientious behavior.

Though everybody will exhibit at least a little of these four behaviors, the extent to which the individual favors one category compared to the others enables the program to generate a report on probable patterns of behavior and personality.
